Terms of service
The Aftermarket Wholesale Academy 2.0 portal is the delivery platform for a paid education programme about wholesale selling on Amazon. Using it means agreeing to these terms.
Your account
Access is personal to you and comes with your programme enrolment. Keep your sign in to yourself; sharing course material outside the programme is not permitted. The course content, agent prompts and materials are ours and remain ours.
No income promises
The programme teaches a real business model, and real businesses can lose money. Nothing in the portal, the course or its AI agents is a promise of earnings, and nothing here is financial advice. Numbers shown in your dashboard come from data you entered, not from claims by us.
The AI agents
The agents are tools, not decision makers. They are built to refuse to invent figures, but you are responsible for checking anything you act on, and every outbound email reply waits for your approval before sending. You are responsible for what you send from your own email address.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no spam, no abusive content in community spaces, no attempts to access other members' data. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
The portal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for business losses arising from decisions you take. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
